Infrastructure Modernisation Consultant
is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Modernisation Consultant to join our high-performance Professional Services team.
This customer-facing consulting role requires exceptional cooperative skills and the ability to build solid partnerships with our customers and within Datacom.
What You'll Do
Work closely with Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams.
Ensure IT infrastructure-based projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed scope.
Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, either remotely or on-site.
Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.
What You'll Bring
Experience working with external enterprise customers delivering projects in qualified services environments.
Design, implementation and optimisation experience in:
Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange.
Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently on competing priorities and as part of a team.
Curiosity and passion for customers, ability to communicate solutions in a way that resonates with all levels of customer stakeholders.
Desirable: backup and recovery (Commvault, Veeam) and hyperconverged technologies (Nutanix, Dell, Cisco).
Requirements
Australian Citizen.
NV1 security clearance.
Full-time.
