Risk Management Co-ordinator Role
About the Job
The Risk Management Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining and reviewing our Enterprise Risk Management Framework, providing expert advice to management, and raising awareness of the Risk function and team while collaborating across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and review Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including Department Risk Management Plans and Risk Registers.
2. Conduct training sessions and deliver modules on risk management for staff at all levels.
3. Coordinate internal audits and assist in the development of audit plans.
4. Administer and oversee the Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee, including preparing reports and taking minutes.
5. Provide support to the Senior Claims, Insurance & Risk Officer and Claims & Insurance Officer.
6. Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to risk management.
