Role Overview
Workforce Training and Development Educator position available working as part of a team to develop, coordinate and deliver education programs to ensure that Colac Area Health has appropriate professional education across the organisation.
The role involves hands-on development and delivery of education programs to meet strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant speciality field (e.g. critical care, midwifery, perioperative, aged care)
* Experience in residential aged care
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment or working towards it
* Proven ability to supervise, teach, and evaluate students on placement and program placements
* High level interpersonal, computer, and written communication skills
* Analysis and problem-solving skills
* Able to work flexibly within tight time schedules and adapt to changing environments
