Overview
To lead the delivery of medium and large Tenders for the Digital Energy business nationally.
Working with our sales, estimating and design teams to develop innovative solutions which deliver differentiation and tangible value to our business and our customers.
As the tender manager for Digital Energy, you will be required to lead the tender process and key stakeholders to ensure tender designs, product selections and sales proposals are robust, competitive and conform to relevant government regulations and company guidelines.
Reporting to the TSO manager and working closely with the sales, tender management and technical teams you will be responsible for delivery of tenders for the Digital Energy suite of solutions.
Responsibilities
Support internal customers by providing tender management support for the Buildings Business projects nationally and helping to drive orders growth by providing comprehensive and competitive bids.
Work within the TSO team in creating innovative solutions to drive sales and deliver business value.
Ensure strong collaboration between Sales, Systems and LoB to build op offers and obtain approval within the CPP Process.
Essential position to manage solution development and compliance of bids nationally.
Work within the TSO team nationally and support teams on development of standardised systems and processes to better tender process for existing systems as well as new and developing markets.
Lead the Sales process from S1 to P0 by supporting estimating teams, Opportunity leaders and delivery teams.
Work with the Estimating and TSO management team, and System architect teams to streamline delivery of offers.
Contribute to tender efficiency tools including delivery best practices.

Having worked in the project world of BMS/SMS for some time you are keen to take the next step in a tender management role.
You have a good knowledge of the estimating process with knowledge in the SE CPP and Sales Governance policies as a benefit.
You are driven and confident and work equally well autonomously or as a member of a team; you prioritise your work and follow through to completion with high attention to detail.
With excellent communication skills, you build great relationships and are comfortable and confident in working with many different stakeholders.
