What You'll Do
* Lead architectural product design and development from concept to launch
* Collaborate with Australia's top architects and designers to co-create cutting-edge solutions
* Champion sustainability (FSC, GECA, NCC compliant) across all projects
* Align design strategy with commercial goals and brand reputation
* Shape the market with architecturally driven, innovation-led solutions
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years in product development, industrial design, or architectural materials
* Proven ability to take ideas from concept to commercialisation
* Strong knowledge of design trends, ESG practices, and materials
* Relationship builder with a creative and strategic mindset
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally across R&D, design, and marketing
