We're looking for a Design Manager to lead innovation and product development, bringing visionary, sustainable, and commercially viable products to life. You’ll work hand-in-hand with top-tier architects, specifiers, and in-house sales and operations teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural product design and development from concept to launch
- Collaborate with Australia’s top architects and designers to co-create cutting-edge solutions
- Champion sustainability (FSC, GECA, NCC compliant) across all projects
- Align design strategy with commercial goals and brand reputation
- Shape the market with architecturally driven, innovation-led solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in product development, industrial design, or architectural materials
- Proven ability to take ideas from concept to commercialisation
- Strong knowledge of design trends, ESG practices, and materials
- Relationship builder with a creative and strategic mindset
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across R&D;, design, and marketing
