An exciting opportunity exists for a Business Partner to provide support to Business Operations at Monash Health

**About The Role**
As a Business Partner you will be part of a small team providing advice and analysis to ensure appropriate financial accountability and management of your assigned Program. You will be responsible for facilitating the preparation of annual budgets, ongoing forecasts, analysis of monthly financial performance against budget and preparation of business cases to support new services or capital acquisitions.
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies and the integrity and analysis of the financial information provided to key stakeholders. Business Partners work directly with the Senior Business Partner and the Programs' management teams to provide day to day financial advice and support.
This role is also a part of the larger Monash Health Finance team that supports the organisation's $2.6B annual revenue and expenditure budget.
**About You**
- You have experience working in the health industry/hospitals and are interested in furthering your experience in one of the largest health care services in Victoria.
- You have a degree in Accounting or a related business discipline.
- You have good communication skills and work well as part of a team.
- You have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and enjoy data analysis.
