The Role.
This role is ideal for an entry level candidate with a real estate certificate or an individual looking to expand their knowledge in Property Management. You'll receive comprehensive, ongoing training and mentoring from the Head of Property Management to help you develop your skills in end-to-end property management.
Your role will include, but not limited to:
* Assist with tenant enquiries and requests, reporting to Property Manager and/or action request as required.
* Assist with booking routine inspections as per the management authority and legislation requirements.
* Assist with issuing of any notices as per legislation, as required.
* Preparation of all tenancy related forms, including tenancy agreements, bond forms, Tenant Sign Up Packs and routine reports in the system.
* Process Tenant Applications
* Key preparation
* Attend to incoming phone calls on reception and be the first point of contact for our agency
* Maintain high quality standards in delivery of services
* Keep up to date with relevant legislation/s
Ability.
