POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who can lead operations with integrity, fairness and professionalism, communicate clearly, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
* Leadership & Team Coordination
* Operational Planning & Scheduling
* Project Oversight & Quality Control
* Efficiency & Compliance in Systems and Processes
* Team Occupational Health & Safety Management
* Field team Development & Performance Appraisal
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
* Proven experience in an Operations Manager / Service Delivery / Senior Supervisor role within electrical or a similar trade services business
* Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and coordinate daily operations between office and field staff
* Strong working knowledge of WHS, compliance, and quality systems in a trade-based environment (including incident reporting, risk management and safe work practices)
* Confident using job management / scheduling systems (e.g. ServiceM8, Asana, Deputy or similar) and comfortable with reporting / admin to keep jobs running smoothly
* Strong communication skills — able to deal professionally with staff, clients, suppliers and contractors
* Confident to prepare and deliver daily pre-starts and facilitate monthly toolbox meetings
* OHS Construction Induction (White Card)
* Current C Class WA Driver's Licence
ADVANTAGE LICENCES:
* Current A Grade WA Electrical licence
* Police clearance
* Project management qualifications / formal leadership training
* OH/S qualifications / training
