**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for development and implementation in a transformational environment of Environment Management and Change & Release governance ($30M+).
- Environment Management
- Accountable for investigating and resolving all environment related issues & risks during a major project's lifecycle.
- Responsible for the development of environment plan/strategy.
- Managed the cross functional engineers and ISV team members to co-ordinate code migration and development.
- Provided technical advice on non-production environment performance and availability.
- Managed and schedule change and ensure an appropriate communication plan is followed.
- Managed the deployment of software into non-production environments.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the environment support documentation.
- Responsible for incident and problem management analysis and co-ordination.
**Release & Deployment Management**
- Develop and implement Release Management practices and governance for Dynamics and Azure deployments.
- Responsible for the governance processes associated with code and data releases.
- Managing and co-ordinate the Go-Live & Hypercare activities.
- Managed stakeholder engagement.
- Developed and maintained end to end processes to manage deployment into Non-Prod and Prod environments.
- Responsible for the deployment plans and runsheets.
- Developed rollback strategies, dress rehearsal and production cutover activities.
**Change Management**
- Responsible for managing change requests and the co-ordination of conflict management impacting project teams.
- Responsible for correct processing of IT Changes are their life cycle.
- Responsible for the integrity of Configuration Item data following the change process.
**Environment**:
- Administration of Dynamics SAS solution.
- Windows desktops (up to Windows 10), Windows Server (up to 2016), Azure, MS SQL, DNS, AD, Firewalls, ADO.
**Achievements**:
- Developed Environment Management policies and procedures.
- Developed Non-Production Change Management and project engagement policies & procedures.
- Development Release Management practices and governance.
