We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team in Perth.

The Role
We're seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our psychology branch, Positive Pathways. You'll hold a tertiary qualification in Psychology with relevant professional accreditation. A background or experience in the Vocational Rehabilitation space will be highly regarded. Just as importantly, we value people who are skilled, passionate, and act with integrity — going beyond what's visible on a CV.
Duties
* Supporting injured workers through Adjustment to Injury counselling and psychological interventions.
* Undertaking a range of vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.
* Conduct Vocational Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessments and provide Vocational Counselling.
* Collaborate with other allied health professionals to facilitate a safe and timely return to work and life.
* Document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients.
* Attend medical appointments and structured intervention-based programs with your clients.
