The successful applicant will have demonstrated capability and experience in school based departmental systems to complete administration roles, including (but not limited to): * Ability to interpret and implement departmental policies and procedures to maintain audit compliance. * Ability to work as a contributing member of a collaborative team. * Ability to work independently and autonomously within defined timeframes. * Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing all tasks. * Assisting with school enrolment and attendance processes. * Experience with OneSchool and IDAttend preferred but not essential. * General office administration, including front office administration, receipting etc. * Undertake other duties, consistent with the duties and responsibility of the position as directed by the Principal and Business Manager.
