About the Role
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about ensuring public safety and security. As an Event and Incident Coordinator, you will play a critical role in monitoring events and taking prompt actions to minimize High Priority Incidents.
You will work collaboratively with other experts to ensure effective monitoring and accurate handover of managed cases during shift changes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining high-quality records of all incident cases.
In addition, you will monitor, manage, and report on multi-service provider job queues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements as needed.
As part of this team, you will participate in assessments of incident process maturity and effectiveness, contributing to the development of best practices and SOPs for event and incident activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Event Monitoring: Conduct event monitoring and take prompt actions to reduce High Priority Incidents.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other experts to ensure effective monitoring and accurate handover of managed cases at shift change.
* Record-Keeping: Maintain high-quality records of all incident cases and monitor, manage, and report on multi-service provider job queues.
* Process Improvement: Participate in assessments of incident process maturity and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements as needed.
