At Tradelink Launceston, we're all about great service, teamwork, and community. As a Branch Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping our branch running smoothly – supporting customers at the counter, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring timely deliveries.

This is a
full-time role based in Launceston, Tas
, Monday to Friday, with fortnightly weekend work required.
Your responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient service to retail and trade customers.
Assist with order processing, quotes, and stock management.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Load and unload courier deliveries.
Drive and deliver goods to customers as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised branch environment.
What you'll need to succeed:

You thrive in a down-to-earth, collaborative team environment.
Experience:
Customer service and/or warehousing background preferred (industry experience not essential).
Training:
In-house training provided – we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Licences:
Driver's Licence required; Forklift Licence preferred but not essential (can be obtained later).
