This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in planning and scheduling critical rail maintenance activities.

What's on Offer:
FIFO 5:2, 4:3 roster or residential option (Dampier-based)
12-hour days for FIFO, 9–10 hour days for residential
Ongoing contract with a leading mining client
Work with a team of 15 schedulers, each managing their own portfolio
Occasional travel to Tom Price may be required
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain 12-week rolling schedules for track maintenance execution
Coordinate parts, materials, and resources to ensure readiness
Handover schedules every Friday to the execution team
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues
Host and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders (5–50 attendees)
Work closely with 3 Track Specialists and report to the Superintendent
Maintain strong working relationships across departments
Operate autonomously in a high-pressure environment
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Proven experience in planning and scheduling, ideally in rail and track
Strong understanding of rail maintenance, access, and obstruction management
High level of computer literacy; SAP experience is required
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
Must have full Australian working rights
