About the Role
Full Time Fixed Term (12 months)
Located in FRV's Burnley complex as a Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for all incidents, requests and issues relating to Information Technology & Communications, Property and Fire Appliances.
You will ensure incidents and issues that have the potential to affect Emergency Response capabilities or Health & Safety are recorded, prioritised, escalated and monitored until completion.
You will also involve in recording, classification, prioritisation, providing 1st level IT support and escalation of Incidents and Requests for supported business units and providing quality customer service and administrative support such as procurement, time sheet entry and reporting.
What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* ITIL Foundation Certificate
* Microsoft Certification desirable
* Experience supporting MS Office and common desktop applications
* Experience with a Helpdesk / ITSM tool
* At leave 3 years' previous experience in providing 1st Level IT support or a similar role
