A day in the role.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations at the Exchange depot.
This includes overseeing all financial, operational and people management.
You will be role modelling great customer service whilst engaging your team to do the same.
You will be driving in store efficiencies to deliver profitable outcomes and KPI achievement.
You will be a safety champion. Leading by example you enable your team to identify hazards and address them.
To be successful in this role:
Experience leading a team in a similar role.
You will have a genuine passion for customer service and experience coaching your team to create great customer experiences.
You will enjoy developing, mentoring, and empowering your team to achieve customer and business expectations.
You don't mind getting your hands dirty working alongside your team to ensure your depot and sorting equipment deliver on our customer expectations.
You have strong time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
Most importantly you like to have fun whilst getting the job done.
Skills and attributes
* A genuine passion for customer service.
* Strong time management and organisation skills.
* Highly developed problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to understand and interpret data.
* Passion for recycling and the environment.
* Be physically fit, some manual lifting will be required.
* A forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
