We are an accredited Migration Agent and Labour Hire business providing multiple workforce solutions to any industry facing critical people shortages.
As the Migration Manager, you will be responsible for visa-related tasks that contribute to the success and growth of our business. You will leverage your expertise to assist and grow the operational direction and support a result driven culture across the wider business.
Responsibilities
 * Design and implement migration strategies that support the business activities and group-wide strategy and vision.
 * Lead a team of migration professionals and collaborate with executive management to steer our company towards continued growth and success.
 * Responsible for improving the quality of visa services offered by the business.
 * Liaise with the internal overseas recruitment team and Department of Immigration to finalise visa requests.
 * Build relationships with employers and leverage these relationships where possible to support business growth activities.
 * Lead the end-to-end visa application process including communication, finance and administrative duties.
 * Organise collection of relevant employment documents including job offer, employment agreement, job description.
 * Assist with recruitment activities as it relates to any visa application process including preparation of job adverts, position descriptions, employment documents and interviewing candidates.
 * Ensure visa compliance across various entities including completing VEVO checks, reporting and taking appropriate action to eliminate and mitigate risks.
 * Responsible for researching relevant laws, regulations, policy and updating internal stakeholders accordingly.
 * Provide a high standard of timely and appropriate migration advice and services.
Qualifications
 * 5+ years experience in relevant field.
 * Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent study.
 * Skilled at generating well-organised, legally sound written documents.
 * Be able to manage time, resources, and billing requirements effectively.
