How you’ll make a difference
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will provide a high level of service to the community, residents and visitors of Hepburn Shire. You will be rostered to work at our customer service centre in Daylesford. You will work with an amazing and friendly team, a team who does their best to support the Hepburn Shire community.
Our ideal candidate
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of people. You will have demonstrated customer service skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. You will be a problem-solver with terrific time management skills.
