Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer sales and service transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Manage high-value transactions securely, handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
* Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
* Promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs
* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals who enjoy working in a team environment. You will need experience in customer service and/or cash handling, be physically fit to handle mail regularly, and able to stand for your shift.
