Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and capable Hardware Repair Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of Macs, iPads and accessories, Lenovo, Asus, Microsoft and HP
* Repair Devices to a high standard in a timely manner
* Manage parts inventory, including accurate tracking and stock control
* Maintain accurate job records, including ticket updates, charges, and repair notes
* Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained
* Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries with patience and professionalism
* Answer phone calls and emails related to service inquiries and job status updates
* Deploy and configure new devices, including imaging, setup, and handover to end users

* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and quickly
Qualifications and Experience
* Apple Certified Technician status highly regarded
* Lenovo, HP, ASUS and Microsoft repair experience/ certifications highly regarded
* Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic asset management
* Ability to work independently on-site and manage workload priorities
