THE ROLE
Based internally at our Eagle Farm office, this position is focused on proactively driving sales growth, alongside our external sales representatives, to execute strategic initiatives aimed at exceeding targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sales Support & Business Development: Support our external equipment consultants through appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups and proactively pursuing opportunities with new and existing clients.
* Customer Experience & Showroom Support: Provide exceptional customer experience for our customers and health professionals in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, and welcome and support clients visiting our showroom.
* Account Management: As the point of contact for key accounts, create and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through regular interactions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Experience: 4 years minimum experience in sales support, relationship management, business development or similar
* Essential: COVID vaccination, Police Check, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* Respect & Professionalism: Well-presented, strong communication and face-to-face skills, committed to ethical client interactions that build trust and rapport.
* Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities while adjusting to changing customer needs.
* Tech-savvy: Confident MS Office skills and quick to learn new tools
