Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and providing support via multiple channels.

* This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be working as part of a team to provide high-quality customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and web chat.
* You will be responsible for guiding customers to appropriate information resources, assisting them to transact online, and educating them about our services and website.
* You will also be required to accurately record enquiries on the database and forward written information to customers, whilst running multiple applications simultaneously.
* Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to key performance indicators such as call handling and information processing times.
* You will also be required to provide basic IT assistance to customers responding to IT outages, passwords, and account enquiries.
* You will be an active participant of the Service Delivery team and contribute to achieving our vision for a fair, strong, and efficient financial system for all Australians.
About You
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service and working in a team environment.
* Experience in data entry using a variety of software applications simultaneously.
* A relevant high school/secondary certificate or a diploma is desirable.
* Casual work is ideal for tertiary students or for people who want to balance work, family, and personal commitments.
