About Us

Stabila Australia Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stabila Germany, the world's leading brand of measuring equipment for the building and construction industry. Our products, including spirit levels, lasers and tapes, are trusted globally and distributed across wholesale and retail channels throughout Australia.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our small, friendly team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales, operations and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and email enquiries
* Processing sales orders via EDI and manual entry
* Preparing quotes, invoices, credits and processing goods returns
* Maintaining stock and order systems, assisting with logistics and supply chain activities
* Managing debtor accounts: reconciliation, collections, and receipting
* Providing reporting support using spreadsheets and internal systems
* General office and administration duties, including support for trade shows and expos

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with no visa restrictions (holiday visas not accepted)
* Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly regarded (training provided)
* Positive, adaptable and a strong team player with a willingness to learn
* Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required for this position
