The first Hotel Indigo to be launched in Australia, Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets comprises 145 guest rooms, a lively restaurant
- Market & Meander, and the iconic rooftop bar
- Merrymaker with panoramic views of Adelaide, we are setting the trend for local dining and cosmic cocktails!
We are currently looking for multiple Food and Beverage attendants for different service periods, such as breakfast, dinner, room service and more.
**A little taste of your day-to-day**:
- Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us
- Preparing and serving beverages such as Barista coffees or delicious cocktails to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
- You will be engaging, upbeat and able to make recommendations to our guests about food and beverages
- Owning your work area, managing stock, inventory and equipment as well as keeping the space cleaner than clean
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Working closely with your team to deliver a truly seamless food and beverage service
**What we need from you**:
- Previous experience working in food and beverage outlets. Barista and/or bar skills will be an advantage
- Passion
- we want someone who is positive and loves our outlets as much as we do! Someone who is personable wants to meet people and be a part of a close-knit team
- The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling
- A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths
- The flexibility to work night, mornings, weekend and holiday shifts
- Compliant
- you'll hold a current Responsible Service of alcohol, certificate
