Essential Skills & Attributes
•Certificate III in Business Administration
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
•Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
•Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work independently or in a team
Desirable:
•Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
•3+ years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
•Manage and follow up Proof of Delivery (POD) paperwork
•Prepare customer quotes and monthly fuel levy notifications
•Assist with reception and switchboard duties (rotational)
•Generate invoices, reconcile accounts, and process payments
•Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
•Support internal audits and compliance documentation
•Liaise professionally with internal teams and clients
