We're partnering with an innovative non-bank lender who specialise in a reverse mortgage lending product and are made up of an impressive leadership team. I'm seeking x 2 Customer Service and Sales Associates to join the team and work in the beautiful Double Bay office. In this role, you will be a crucial factor in building the business by cultivating long-term relationships with all new and current customers. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for people. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and learn from an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance service relationships with current and prospective customers
* Provide inbound and outbound customer support in pre-sales, onboarding, settlement and servicing
* Support applications through the sales funnel, ensuring to understand customers needs
* Educate customers on the product and have patience when explaining the product onboarding process and lifecycle
* Problem solving and complaints handling, working with the wider team to manifest excellent solutions for customers
Key Requirements
* An interest and basic knowledge of the financial services industry, from a university degree in finance, economics or business management
* Enthusiastic and empathetic nature, a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt as the business grows
* An innovative approach, with the desire to improve processes and procedures
* A true passion for people and relationships, with outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
* Naturally commercial and entrepreneurial
