* Communicate guest requests to relevant departments and follow up to ensure fulfillment.
* Action messages and facsimiles promptly.
* Share pertinent guest comments with management.
* Be knowledgeable about area attractions, services, and events.
* Understand current room rates and packages.
* Manage reservations accurately and timely.
* Participate in training sessions and comply with policies and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Promote workplace health and safety guidelines.
* Adhere to cashiering policies and procedures.
* Ensure equipment protection and maintenance.
* Assist personnel as needed.
* Attend scheduled meetings.
