- Ensure all securities owned by clients and boutique investment managers are accurately priced in SimCorp Dimension according to established pricing policies.
- Support the precise valuation of various financial products including equities, fixed interest instruments, and derivatives across domestic and international portfolios.
- Assist with the reconciliation of derivative valuations and actively participate in collateral dispute investigations to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with counterparts, pricing vendors, and fund managers to understand changes in valuation methodologies and ensure consistent application.
- Contribute detailed reports on collateral disputes while supporting thorough investigation findings for continuous process enhancement.
- Investigate securities with missing or stale prices or where pricing tolerance limits have been exceeded, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Participate in documenting and resolving operational issues and incidents to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Maintain rigorous data quality and accuracy throughout all aspects of your responsibilities within the Asset Administration team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains by analysing current workflows and suggesting enhancements.

- At least two years' experience working in a back office or middle office operations support function covering multiple instrument types such as equities, fixed interest, and derivatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial instruments along with their settlement lifecycle within Australian financial markets.
- Familiarity with pricing methodologies for various asset types including equities, fixed income products, and derivatives.
- Experience operating within a financial services or corporate regulatory environment is highly desirable for this position.
- Proficiency using pricing services and portals such as Bloomberg, S&P Global Market Intelligence, LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), or ICE Data Services.
- Strong grasp of corporate actions processes relevant to different asset classes managed by investment boutiques.
- Knowledge of market settlement processes for fixed interest securities, equities, and exchange traded derivatives is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience utilising SimCorp Dimension or similar investment management systems would be beneficial for success in this role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, vendors, fund managers, and other stakeholders involved in the administration process.
