Description
* Manage and direct tax advisory projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Provide proficient advice on tax laws and regulations to clients.
* Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
* Keep abreast of current developments in tax laws to provide accurate advice.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met.
* Contribute to the development of the tax department's strategic goals.
* Train and mentor junior staff members within the tax department.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Profile
A successful Tax Advisory Associate Manager should have:
* Professional accreditation such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
* Proven experience in a tax advisory role within a UK-based accountancy firm.
* Excellent knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
* Strong project management skills.
* Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
* Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
