Beyond positioning brands in top-tier media across print, digital and TV, you’ll be tasked with thinking outside the box when it comes to event conceptualisation, executing A-list brand collaborations and orchestrating influencer partnerships. From planning soirées for the latest launch from French candlemaker Trudon to strategically shaping the unveiling of a new luxury brand to the Australian market, you’ll be at the centre of creating the country’s most exclusive moments.

About the Role
As PR Senior Account Director, you'll lead high-profile accounts, drive strategic direction, and oversee client relationships with confidence and expertise. Some of your clients may include Aman Resorts, Six Senses, Perrier-Jouët, and Trudon Candles, among others.
Some of your key duties will involve:
* Lead client accounts, ensuring strategy, execution, and results align with business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media, clients, and key stakeholders.
* Oversee and guide teams, providing mentorship and leadership to drive performance.
* Develop and implement creative, insight-led PR strategies.
* Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for existing and new clients.
* Ensure high standards of media relations, content creation, and campaign execution.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and overall account profitability.
About You
* A current Senior Account Director or an experienced Account Director ready to step up, with a background in Australian PR agencies.
* Proven expertise in luxury, travel, beauty, hospitality, and/or lifestyle sectors, with established media relationships in these spaces.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of growing and mentoring teams.
* A deep understanding of media landscapes, trends, and industry insights.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
