- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in clinical education and Coronary Care.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and academic institutions to leverage expertise and resources.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of educational policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
