Job Description
We are seeking a senior valuation professional to oversee our Valuation Framework and manage the end-to-end valuation timetable for infrastructure, private equity, and property investments.
* Manage the valuation process, ensuring assets are accurately valued and meet regulatory compliance.
* Review and assess unlisted asset valuations, including financial models and key assumptions.
* Investigate valuation risks and ensure all outcomes are appropriately documented and justified.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, fund managers, and external valuers to facilitate the valuation process.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement valuation methodologies for unlisted assets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance valuation processes.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of APRA regulatory valuation reporting.
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* Postgraduate or technical qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPV, or CPA.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in valuing unlisted investments within professional services or an in-house role.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and present complex ideas clearly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
