We are recruiting an exceptional CEO to lead our Cairns-based Australian branch into national and international scale. This is a genuine executive leadership role requiring $75k–$100k personal strategic investment to accelerate growth in the raffles industry, marketing, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scale international supercar raffle programs and ticket sales (working closely with our Chief Technology Officer Xin Wei, who leads all platform development, AWS infrastructure, Stripe integrations, and technical operations.)
* Build and manage a lean, high-performance team
* Recruit and place University medical/dental graduates into paid one-year rural/remote placements in remote rural QLD and the NT ... strengthening our Australian impact footprint
* Drive national brand presence: airport back-lit signage, highway billboards, glossy magazine distribution in Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney hotels/lounges/airports
* Secure and grow corporate partnerships in health, aviation, tourism, and CSR
* Position Cairns as Australia's leading humanitarian medical hub, supporting our global rebuild (Macau SAR is our HQ, Cambodia Manufacturing plant, Dubai launches in 2026). GFH Australia is endorsed by the Cairns Mayor and Senator Susan McDonald.
Location & Structure: Cairns HQ preferred for hands-on northern ops alignment, but fully open to hybrid/remote from Brisbane or Sydney for the right candidate (with quarterly Cairns visits and regular virtual Board alignment). Travel covered.

* Proven track record scaling a nonprofit, social enterprise, high-value events, or fundraising operations
* Strong commercial/marketing skills with results under governance
* History of disciplined delivery ... zero tolerance for uncontrolled changes, rogue branding, or financial mismanagement (lessons learned from past US experience)
