Job Title: Multidisciplinary Risk Management Professional
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate and implement our Multidisciplinary Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) program. This role will work closely with our Integrated Strategic Advisor and stakeholders to develop and implement targeted strategies for local areas.
* Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver MARAM program objectives.
* Develop, implement, and review action plans in line with program guidelines.
* Prepare progress reports and evaluate outcomes against program indicators.
* Participate in statewide discussions regarding program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or a relevant discipline.
* A minimum of three years' experience in the Family Violence sector.
* Strong knowledge of MARAM principles and practices.
* Ability to obtain a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
