About the role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Scaffold Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis. This role involves predominately working for our Sydney clients. Candidates can be Illawarra or Sydney based, however regular work in the Illawarra is required.

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary contact for clients, attending site inspections and ensuring scope, scheduling, quality and safety requirements are clearly understood, communicated and consistently met in line with our client's expectations
· Design and plan compliant access solutions in collaboration with our estimating, drafting and engineer team
· Coordinate the efficient erection, modification & dismantle of scaffold enforcing adherence to relevant standards and regulations
· Supervise work crews and ensure the safety, productivity and quality requirements are consistently met
· Manage and complete all job workflows, safety paperwork, conduct periodic safety audits and mentor our team members on safe work practices
· Maintain accurate records, including scaffold handover certificates and site authorisations
About you
· Qualifications:
High Risk Work Licence (SA or SI) or Engineering Degree, General Construction (White Card, Working at heights/Confined Space Certification
· Experience:
Proven experience in Supervision preferably in Industrial or construction sectors
· Attributes:
A strong commitment to safety and quality, reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic
· Other:
Current valid Driver's Licence, ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screens, Australian citizenship or valid work visa
