* Salary range: $79,051 to $116,189 p.a. (HP3)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
This role is ideal for a motivated Occupational Therapist looking to join the Occupational Therapy team at Townsville University Hospital. As a rotational Occupational Therapist, you will deliver clinical services within a multidisciplinary team across a variety of caseloads, including Medical, Surgical, Palliative Care, Oncology, Paediatrics, Rehabilitation, Community Rehabilitation and Pain Management.
You will provide effective Occupational Therapy interventions aligned with the goals of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Working in a tertiary teaching hospital with links to James Cook University, you will have access to academic resources and potential research opportunities. You will also join a motivated team committed to high‑quality care, collaboration and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
* The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Occupational Therapy, and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
* This position is required to work on weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis through the Department's Weekend Service.
