About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Professional to play a critical role in supporting regional practice uplift goals.
The successful candidate will provide coaching and advice on quality and inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) to centre teams, enhancing teaching, learning, and inclusion for all children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to Goodstarters nationally through our Helpdesk.
* Share expertise with centre teams to improve teaching and learning for all children.
* Work with centres to deliver Quality Improvement Plan actions, building sustainable teaching and learning capabilities.
* Offer specialist inclusion advice to centre leadership teams.
* Collaborate with the Teaching Learning and Support team to implement and evaluate targeted strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A 4-year Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.
* Demonstrated capability in coaching and supporting teams to deliver high-quality inclusive early learning.
* Extensive experience in delivering high-quality inclusive early learning (birth to 8 years).
* Leadership experience and knowledge of community and government networks/resources.
* Comprehensive understanding of policies and frameworks for children and families.
* Excellent communication, organisational, evaluation, and team leadership skills.
