Serenity Dental is looking for a Superstar Receptionist/Admin available for an immediate start to work at our Rockhampton Practice.
This position will not suit a parent looking for school-time hours - must be available full days and some afternoon-only shifts till 6/730pm
Option for part time (full days, 2-3 days per week).

The successful applicant must be:
* Extremely organized

* Excellent computer/technology skills
* Ability to easily work with Excel, PDF and Word
* Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
* Caring nature, but able to handle the occasional confrontation
2-3 years of previous administration or reception experience is ideal. Previous Dental or Medical experience will be an advantage.
Must be able to start 730am Mon-Sat and able to work occasional long shifts (as late at 730pm 1-2 days per week)
Your main day-to-day role will be working at the Reception desk alongside the Practice Manager and other Receptionists:
* Answering Phones
* Greeting of Patients
* Setting up payment plans
* Maintaining up to date patient records
* Assisting with payments and appointment bookings
* Setup and close-down of all shared and common areas within clinic
All staff will require Compliance with strict Infection Control of Equipment and Procedure Rooms, and be prepared to become part of a fun, social team environment full of laughter, fun and new smiles
