A 12‐month fixed‐term, full‐time role starting Term 2, 2026 with potential extension or permanency. The position is part of a recruitment pilot designed to simplify the application process for teachers.

Role and Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging teaching programs for the WA Curriculum and WACE courses, meeting the needs of students of all abilities.
* Reflect on and assess the effectiveness of teaching practice, promoting an environment of active and positive learning.
* Provide educational opportunities and activities that enable students to achieve their highest potential.
* Work closely with students, colleagues, and the community to improve educational outcomes.

Eligibility
* Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of appointment.
* Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before starting.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number before starting.
