Front‐of‐House Floor Supervisor
Join the team behind one of the West's best restaurants and event venues. Campground Kitchen is a busy local restaurant in Braybrook where great food, big celebrations and a genuinely good team culture come together every day. We're looking for a Front‐of‐House Floor Supervisor to support the daily operations of the restaurant and lead service from the floor. This is a hands‐on leadership role, not an admin one. You'll be running a section during service, supporting staff in real time, and making sure every guest receives warm, qualified hospitality.
About the Role
Reporting to the Venue Manager (Michelle Romeo), the Floor Supervisor plays a key role in FOH service delivery, team support, and day‐to‐day operations. You'll work closely with the Venue Manager and Directors, with the opportunity to grow into a Venue Manager role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Run a designated section on the floor during service
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Supervise and support FOH staff during shifts
* Assist with daily venue operations such as opening or closing
* Liaise with the kitchen regarding specials, service flow, and dietary requirements
* Manage supplies including linen, paper goods, and equipment orders
* Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, music, and lighting standards
* Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally during service
* Support and oversee private functions and events
* Ensure RSA, health, and safety compliance
* Report maintenance issues and assist with organising repairs
About You
* Previous experience in a senior FOH, supervisory, or assistant management role
* Confident running a section in a busy service environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Hands‐on, organised, and guest‐focused – attention to detail is a must
* Calm under pressure with a solution‐focused mindset
* Current RSA certification
* Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
