Customer Operations Coordinator Job Description
This role involves working closely with our Head of Operations and Account Managers to support the delivery of a high-quality customer experience.
* We are looking for someone who can take ownership of tactical customer operational tasks, ensuring day-to-day customer needs are actioned accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in Customer Service, Operations or a similar role. They should be comfortable communicating directly with customers and internal stakeholders, able to work at pace in a time-sensitive environment, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
