Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in disability or aged care is not essential, as full training will be provided.
* A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle are necessary.
* A smartphone device is required for communication purposes.
* Holding an NDIS Workers Screening Card and Blue Card is a must, while being willing to obtain them if not already done so.
* Completing the NDIS Workers Orientation Module is also required.

About This Role:
This role involves directly supporting individuals who have spinal cord injuries with daily living tasks in their homes.
1. Assist with transfers from bed to wheelchair and vice versa, utilizing hoists when necessary.
2. Support grooming, bathing, dressing, and dental hygiene needs.
3. Provide personal care services including toileting, bladder, and bowel management.
4. Offer basic wound care and self-medication assistance.
5. Perform domestic support tasks such as meal preparation, light household duties, and laundry.
6. Accompany clients on community outings like driving to appointments and social events.
