About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Product Lead to work across the business and deliver new products and features as we launch and scale.
As a key member of our product team, you'll have the chance to shape the future of our products and platform, driving customer engagement and business growth.This role is perfect for a` results driven individual who is passionate about delivering seamless and valuable customer experiences.
You'll be working with cross functional team members spanning Engineering, Operations and Key Stakeholders and play a pivotal role in executing and giving input on the product strategy and roadmap for out platform offering.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to overall business planning activities
* Cross function collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, design and external stakeholders to bring product features to life, ensuring smooth execution and alignment
* Translate strategy into focused epics, user stories, and priorities that keep team members aligned on outcomes rather than outputs
* Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes for products. Including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, communicating roadmap updates, requirements development and product launch
* Assist developing and maintaining project plans and roadmaps
* Draft documentation resources and tools
* Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure success, identify gaps between expected and actual outcomes, and course-correct quickly
What we're looking for
* Experience in a Product Role with accountability for outcomes
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills to guide decision making and measure product success
* Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features that drive engagement and valueYou're comfortable in ambiguity and can turn problems into clear opportunities and decisions
* Experience juggling multiple priorities without losing momentum
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
* Understanding of agile product management and delivery methodologies
* Open-minded, collaborative and entrepreneurial personality
* Excellent skills in using and utilising AI tools
Nice to have
* Experience working in a startup or scale up environment, with an ability to balance speed, experimentation and structure
* Experience in B2B platforms, or related industries is an advantage
* Experience in Atlassian products: Jira (ticketing)
