We are after an experienced property secretary to join our highly regarded property team in Newcastle. We would also consider a junior secretary with the right attitude and a passion for property work.

In this role you will provide valuable support to our property team which is made up of accredited specialists, senior practitioners, associates, junior lawyers and paralegals. You'll be helping with our busy projects and development practice with high volume off the plan sales and leasing matters as well as assisting with our general property and conveyancing matters. Responsibilities will include general secretarial and admin support to property lawyers and paralegals, document and contract collation and issue, PEXA management (settlements and lodgements), InfoTrack searching, database maintenance, client reporting, handling correspondence, invoicing and phone and diary management.

At Sparkes you work as part of a broader support team, including paralegals, other secretaries, document production (word processing) specialists and a finance team, to help deliver superior results for our clients.
