Project Manager – Electrical / Project Delivery

Core Talent are working with a leading Australian electrical engineering and manufacturing business delivering bespoke power and control solutions into major infrastructure and industrial projects across Australia. They design and manufacture integrated electrical systems including modular switch rooms, control systems, and transportable power solutions, supporting mining, utilities, and energy projects.
The Role
* End-to-end delivery of engineered electrical projects in a manufacturing-led environment
* Manage projects from pre-contracts through design, manufacture, testing, installation coordination, and commissioning support
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and delivery plans
* Coordinate internal engineering, production, procurement, and external suppliers/subcontractors
* Monitor programme, cost, and delivery performance, managing risks and variations
* Act as the key interface between clients, engineering, workshop, and site stakeholders
* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all stages of delivery
About You
* Electrical, Mechanical, Construction or similar technical background
* Experience delivering projects in OEM, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
* Exposure to both workshop/manufacturing and site-facing project delivery
* Strong understanding of project controls (programme, cost, risk management)
* Confident managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient with MS Project or similar tools
* 5+ years' Project Management experience or strong technical background stepping into PM delivery
