**The Organisation** 
Our client delivers a high-quality service in the automotive insurance industry. Primarily around insurance for car yards and novated leases they offer premium warranty and insurance for highest quality service.
**The Role**
Attractive remuneration and staff rewards and recognition package is on offer.
This role operated Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the possibility of working a hybrid model past induction and training periods.
**Duties will include**:
- Warranty claims and processing 
- Liaising with dealerships and external assessors 
- Technical point of reference for internal call centre staff 
- Outbound calls 
- Inbound call relief work (breaks and peak periods) 
- Processing disputes in register and database 
- Updating and maintaining internal database around case details including reviewing digital images 
- Review and confirm diagnosis, labour, and parts pricing 
- Ad hoc duties such as assisting contact centre team as required
