Gia's Renovations is part of Gia's Trade Group, which includes Gun Tiling, Perth Tile Removal and Gia's Bathrooms and Tiles. We operate with structure, contracts and standards. We protect margin and we expect trades to deliver what was agreed.
This role exists to take full ownership of our Renovations sites. Your job is simple: Deliver what was sold, protect project margin, enforce the contract, hold trades accountable, and manage clients professionally.

Renovations Site Supervisor
Full Time – Perth WA
You Will
* Supervise multiple live renovation projects
* Control trade sequencing and timelines
* Enforce scope and document variations before work proceeds
* Conduct quality regular inspections
* Prevent margin leakage
* Provide structured weekly updates
You sit between the client, the trades and the contract. You must be comfortable in that position.
