Overview
Colliers is on the lookout for an experienced and proactive sales expert to work alongside our expanding team based in Ballarat. This role will lead the established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing and marketing of commercial properties across the Ballarat region.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas
Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
Coordinate with Marketing department the marketing and selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos
Qualifications
You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or willingness to study to become a certified agent
