Overview
We're a dynamic online team and the driving force behind our brands' eCommerce growth. We're looking for someone enthusiastic about performance marketing, eCommerce, and creative problem‐solving to support our online growth strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon on Australian and international market accounts.
Responsibilities
* Play an important role in paid media execution.
* Set up ads, manage keywords, write and test compelling ad copy, and monitor performance.
* Draw insights from performance data and coordinate assets.
* Assist with technical aspects of our eCommerce platforms.
* Report directly to the Digital Performance Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Online Marketing team.
Key Skills and Role Remit
* 2‐4 years of experience in paid digital or performance marketing.
* Hands‐on experience setting up ads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube, Display).
* Ability to analyse and report on key KPIs and conversions with strong attention to detail.
* Experience using GA4, Shopify analytics, and platform dashboards to interpret results.
* Comfortable using AI tools to multiply work output, automate and streamline processes.
Bonus
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads Console.
* Direct experience with eCommerce platforms preferably with Shopify.
* Good understanding of SEO and GEO strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a previous digital marketing role.
* Strong written communication for ad copy, briefs, and internal reporting.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and tasks.
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Curious and proactive learner.
* Keen interest in e‐commerce and skincare marketing.
* Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness — understands how media spend links to profit.
