Job Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system requirements.
Key responsibilities include leading regular site inspections and subcontractor HSE audits, as well as reporting on the outcomes.
Additional duties involve assisting with the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) components, including policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and initiatives.
A critical aspect of this role is evaluating compliance standards for projects and implementing measures to ensure they are met.
Furthermore, the incumbent will develop and monitor safety management systems to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline;
* Proven experience in HSE management and auditing;
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks under pressure.
